Orders ship within 3-5 working days, pending product availability and credit card verification.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.
NOON is not held responsible for shipping carrier delays or for lost or stolen packages.
NOON currently ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, HK and select EU countries (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany. Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden).
Domestic & International Shipping
NOON offers free shipping on all international orders over $100 USD.
USA Domestic shipping methods:
UPS Ground (free): 3-8 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (estimated at checkout)
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (estimated at checkout)
Customers who purchase an expedited shipping option before 1pm EST on a business day will have their order shipped same day. Expedited orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
International shipments are estimated to take 5-10 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes may be imposed on your order at the point of delivery or after it has been delivered. If you're unsure about if any, or how much duty is required on your order, please contact your local customs office for more information.
There are no returns on NOON products at this time. If our products arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with documented photos of the damaged item, and we will be happy to send a free replacement at our discretion.
We do not offer exchanges on NOON products at this time.
